Meet Angie Reinhold

Meet Angie Reinhold

Angie Reinhold has been a crafty person for as long as she can remember. She is especially passionate about baking and decorating and has always enjoyed baking for friends and family. What she really dreamed of doing, though, was having her own business with a retail shop and to offer custom baking. She talked about the idea for a long time until her husband finally suggested they take the workshop on their property and convert it into a shop space so Angie could pursue her dream. She officially opened for business in 2014 and is thrilled to finally be doing what she has always longed to do.

Besides crafting and baking, Angie also has a passion for promoting other local and home-based artists. Everything in her shop has been created by local artisans, a fact that she is proud of. According to Angie, there is no shortage of talented people in Quesnel and the things that they have created are truly exceptional. She has learned very quickly that Quesnel is also full of consumers who are committed to helping their local economy thrive. She has seen a growing awareness with residents of the many benefits to shopping locally and she is grateful to be able to play a small role in that effort.

Angie spends a lot of time baking for her business, but when she is not busy cooking or working her shop, she likes to spend time with her children. In fact, one of the reasons she appreciates doing what she does is the ability that it gives her to bring in some extra income but still be available for her children and all of their daily activities.
